Hi, just a quick one. Are you informed of appointments that come in or are you expected to call to check if there are any on a daily basis?

I suppose this is probably not an issue for busy practitioners who expect to be at the clinic on a daily basis.

Hi Kevin,

When I worked in a clinic I was expected to phone in to find out my appointments. I was only contacted if clients wanted to book me outside of my allotted hours.

I call the clinic the day before to check what appointments I've got for the following day. There is no point in them contacting me everytime a client books in with me because up until the appointment day things can change.
