Hi Janet[sm=wave.gif]
Firstly, I don't have a problem with touching feet or having my feet treated (that same old chestnut resounds .... the only problem I have is, I don't get enough treatments - moan, moan).
I'm currently doing a course in Reflexology and, obviously, love the bit when I can hop on the couch. However, even though I'm practising on fellow students, friends, family etc, I find that I'm getting better results (in some repects) by practising on my own feet! No, I'm not a contortionist (sp?) but I can sit in a chair cross-legged and work the spine, head and reprod. areas quite easily. The benefits, apart from the obvious, are that I'm getting a taste of what my pressure feels like etc etc.
So, assuming your friend can bear to touch her own feet, I can really recommend trying it. All I can say is ... she doesn't know what she's missing!!
If you'd like, I will ask my tutor what she thinks.[sm=scratchchin.gif]
Love
