So far all massages I went to required me to stay with my underwear. (boxers or briefs, doesn't matter)

Most were made by females but more than once male masseuse did it - personally I really don't care.

The massages I took were full body - chest, back, lower back and legs. When in the lower back area, the masseuses or masseuse always lift the boxers/briefs and massage the buttocks as well, never touching the anus itself of course.

If its a full body massage they will usually give you some disposable knicker type things so as not to get massage oil on your clothes. They will rub the front and backs of your thighs, but there won't be specific attention to the inner parts of your thighs.
