Hi all
I am interested in the FHT advertised body work weekend in Maidstone in September. One day is STR and the other day is MET (or something like that!)
My questions are:
which is most useful for a bog ordinary massage/aromatherapist/reflexologist
if I could only do one of them?
Do you benefit from both or is it something that overlaps and one or the other is sufficient for general treatments and the odd stiff neck?
is anyone else going on the courses?
I am hoping to do both days if people think its necessary but just don't want to double up if its a bit of a waste and something else would be more beneficial. I really want to learn some new stuff to add to what i already do and make it more effective rather than just relaxing if that makes sense. I know that I can ease general aches and pains, and that I am nowhere near ready for sports massage yet, so would like something in between to improve myself in the meantime.
many thanks
