I don't really want to contribute to bumping a random thread but since its already been done, I do want to say that this can happen when you are already oiled up with type of oil that's not really good to ingest and you ask them to suck it.

Liquid coconut oil is readily available that has no effect on latex, is not toxic, has anti bacterial properties. To me no brainer. I always carry my own and know it it is reasonably sanitary.
