I saw Eve a couple of years ago. She does indeed provide a HJ with the massage (I guess for her "non-sexual" means no FS).
There is nothing great about the massage. Very average.
She does have nice breasts (fake, if I recall) and she does bare them during the session.
She has a good attitude and was mostly friendly, but I never went back as there wasn't anything particularly memorable about the service. Not worth $140 in my opinion.

Yes, there was some breast play. No reverse massage, but I didn't really go there, so who knows.
My initial impression with Eve was that there would be limited mileage, especially since she describes her service as non-sexual.
I only saw her once and didn't really explore what she would allow, so YMMV.
