When I finish Equestrian College to become a certified instructor, I would also like to take a 6-day course from a long-term local professional. I will get an official certificate of an Equine Massage Therapist from her after the course is complete, and with that, I will be able to charge clients and call myself certified.
Just wondering how much I should charge per hour after receiving this certificate? I will be certified then, if I pass. (If I don't, I'll be re-taking it.)
I'd like to know how much to charge for basic massages, and how much to charge for selected massages. For example, a basic massage would be just a good half-hour treat for horses, like a person going to a spa for a massage.
A selected massage would be like a horse needing special treatment on a sore back, leg, neck, etc. It would be an hour per session.
How much do I charge for each?
Does anyone know how long Equestrian College is?
Thanks!
