BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Emporium Signature Spa, a business offering massages and beauty services, is opening a second location in downtown Baton Rouge.
The new location, set to open at 334 Third Street in January 2025, will bring owner Faith Miller and her team back to their roots downtown. Positioned between Squeaky Pete’s and The Basin Music Hall, the new space will offer facials, waxing, brow and lash lifts, tinting, microchanneling, and various massages, including deep tissue and couples massages.
The new Third Street location marks a return to where Miller began her journey in 2006, with the opening of Massage Emporium on Laurel Street. Originally a massage clinic, the business evolved into a day spa before relocating to 1601 Government Street in the Electric Depot complex in 2021, rebranding as Emporium Signature Spa.
While the Government Street location boasts eight service rooms, the new Third Street spa will feature four rooms, including a dedicated space for lunchtime chair massages—perfect for clients who want to relax during their lunch breaks.
Grand Opening Plans
To celebrate the opening, the spa will host a grand opening event featuring free chair massages, catering from local downtown restaurants, giveaways, and more.
The hours of operation for the new location will match the Government Street location: Tuesday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., with flexibility depending on nearby events.
“We take pride in being your Zen in the heart of the city,” Miller said, inviting customers to experience the spa’s tranquil offerings at both locations.
