I was in the area, so I drove to Breeze to see if Emma was working. She has had some nice reviews here. In a nutshell...the whole experience was...AVERAGE in all aspects. Read on for more...

I was greeted by Emma herself. I liked the way she was dressed. She is older in my opinion, 50's. I say that because she is getting that old person shoulder hunch. But, she is tall and has a nice body otherwise. Makeup done. She's not a looker but not horrible lol. Just...average...Overall she seems a nice lady though, and has good English.

I was taken to a room on the left side. Last time I was there it was still Himilaya and the room was barren and on the right. This room was more welcoming...hardwood looking floors, large, shower...so definitely more happy about that. The room was warm, and she shut off the heater, and it got cold really fast. (Well it was -20 out)

The massage itself I don't know what to say...it was okay. nothing spectacular, and somewhat boring. Don't know how else to describe it! Nothing wrong, pressure was good, I think she spent too much time with one move in one area at a time. The most irritating part was she has an Apple Watch and it alerted constantly, and there was some one handed massage, and some text messages sent...

The fun part was also okay. little or no tease until the flip. When things started she took her time, but also a little boring. Things were not discussed though so it's like the xp model where you pay the going rate at the end. No mood killing haggling.

It was good to have tried, but I think I will pass on Emma again.

her massages were never the reason to go. the rest seems like you didn't get the best side of the YMMV or an off day.

Saw Emma today and she said I was her last customer as was shutting down spa. Other girls would be going to someplace else but didn't say where. She is retiring for now.

That is to bad. I saw Emma a little while ago, and asked for a insurance receipt and she told me that she wasn't able to provide one as of now, but in a month or so she would be able to again. Wonder if there is more going on.

That is so sad to hear. I mean good for you girl. Thanks for those incredible memories but she has to do what she has to do. I am going to miss that wonderful woman so much. She may be reading the signs that the economy could be about to crash on us .

Economy crashing? How do you read that with some of you Edmonton guys handing out $200 for a 90 minute massage with a basic hj? And $500 sessions for some interactive erotic sessions.. just what I've read on this forum lately. . And government handing out $600 gifts per child to impoverished households earning up to $180k/yr

i can understand why s/p dont like too much detail in reviews but many times we have seen a spa close or the ladies move on for the lack of business..if members find a good s/p they should share the wealth to the extent that the ladies are no overly exposed but can make enough money to stick around for awhile

For any place/therapist that still qualifies to give receipts honoured by insurance companies, a simple positive review without all the unnecessary details is sufficient. Or private messages to trusted members only with more information, but with the YMMV label clearly visible. If a non insurance issuing business or provider wants publicity and asks for reviews, go for it, like on CAF. Post reviews, honest ones, hopefully.
But if a good therapist who issues receipts prefers not to be reviewed, we should respect it. Especially if some aspects of the services received are totally YMMV, and not readily available on any general menus. I still think that many of the repeat reviews of great therapists (RMTs) drives them to cut off their special services.

Most of us guys, if we were therapists with women only clients, would probably only offer special services to a chosen few. Just take a walk through any shopping mall and imagine if every woman was a walk in client. And you offered special services to a few. They then write detailed reviews, and then the rest show up looking for the same services . I think my CLOSED sign would be up quick.

Never did have her personal contact as I did Walk-in's. Always greeted warmly and personalized service.

These places need to learn from XP/TT. The model Wendy and Linda use works damned well and that place is always busy now, no matter what day or time I go there.

Consistent staff, tip-what-you-will pricing, clean and well kept, never shorted time, no texting during sessions, and on and on. I always feel welcome and comfortable there. Breeze had some issues like name-changing staff, inconsistent availability, expensive upselling, etc. Not all the staff, but enough that it made me just take the path of least resistance and go elsewhere.

The XP/TT model works because there is disciplined management behind all of it. Over many years, I've always had positive experiences. And by not encouraging greediness among the staff, clients tend to be loyal repeaters. Over the years it all adds up, whereas the greedy places mostly go out of business.

Even for independents, I've been suggesting these ideas for a long time. Get rich slowly but surely by focusing on stellar experiences and loyal repeat customers. Avoid drama, avoid fancy and complex menus. We guys are simple minded.

I passed on this into to two trusted fellow members of this board and neither wrote up a review of their time with said women. In return I also received info from them. From what I recall, there was nothing discrete about Nana's pre-covid. Most of the information was out in the open. On my second visit I had Lulu who later became Crystal at other shop. First visit was with a curvy masseuse who was not shy either about the full deal.
