Eight hands massage in North America concentrating on hands and feet?

My hands and feet are seriously overworked and aching. Synchronization is not the big deal here; it's the simultaneous relief of all four aching appendages all of them given extra time via simultaneousness in the most effective manner. Then for the head and torso it might become a four or two hands massage. What are some places I can find this on this continent? Any such place in Anchorage AK, New Mexico, New Orleans LA, Durham NC, Virginia, New Hampshire, Syracuse NY, or Rochester, NY? What's the price range for this if it exists? I don't know, to me it makes sense.
