Easy way to remember hormones/glands??

Hello all,
I am trying to find an easy way to remember the glands & what hormones they release??? I am hoping someone somewhere can help, perhaps with a saying - like that in remembering the rainbow colours 'ricahrd of york...'
Any ideas as this is the system that panics me the most!
I have my A&P exam in Sept so a while to go but peace of mind helps..
