I'm wondering if anybody here has heard of a modality/technique called
"Dynamic Body Balancing" I put this in the Search function here and it didn't pull anything up.
Here is a link to the Dynamic Body Balancing website
http://www.dynamicbodybalancing.com/
I have been leaning toward taking CST with Upledger, but also have a strong interest in MFR.
This Dynamic Body Balancing seems to incorporate CST with fascia work, using Myofascial Unwinding, which is what I'm interested in. It has six modules or levels of training and is eligible for NCTMB credits.
Just looking of for any feedback or input you all might have on this-for, against, or anything between the two. My budget is limited, so I'm looking to make a wise investment with the classes I choose.
thanks!
