dumb question maybe - masks?

LONG time reader, first time poster.

This is possibly a dumb question, but has anyone gone for a massage with a mask on? I'm debating whether it would be possible to breathe with a mask on while your face is down in the massage table hole.

I do like the anonymity aspect tho.

Yes. I’ve been and kept my mask on and it’s fine to breath in. I mean those non-medical blue pleated masks. The attendant wore a mask too. This was at JR so a regular massage with HE place and not a body rub or FS place which means you aren’t getting up close or personal.

Thanks - this is exactly what I meant...should have been more clear in my original. Basically a theraputic massage with HE and nothing much more.

And, what is your definition of health and safety? JR changed the sheets and towels, used spray disinfectant on the hole for the head ($30 a can), we both wore masks, I was given hand sanitizer when I arrived, and they have the plexiglass up at the counter. They look to be taking the same precautions as any RMT or spa offering RMT services.

The original poster wasn’t asking about erotic massage but was asking about therapeutic massage which he clarified in post #3. Just Relax (JR) where I went is a therapeutic (semi legit) massage spa. Effectively an RMT type with a happy ending.

Keep distance. If you can’t then you can wear a mask. If you don’t like to enter places with a mask policy, don’t go.

Hi - OP Here...I guess the simple answer is - to get off while not catching COVID? It's sort of the combination of two things which I think are fairly obvious - 1) why go to an MP and 2) why wear a mask.
For the record, I'm talking about semi-legit where there presumably isn't much need for any other type of contact...I was just curious if people had done it and if it felt too restrictive to have your face down in the massage table opening while also wearing a mask.

If you can breathe fine when you have your face down in the face hole of the massage table, then why would a face mask make it any worse?

I went already for a session where I had to were a mask,it didn't bother me at all.

I still haven't been asked to wear a mask yet...guess some spas are more strict then others.
