I am currently a licensed massage therapist and going for a license to do nails as well to offer a balance so I won't burn out on just massage (I've been licensed for over 5+ years).
I would like to work for someone who supplies everything and I just show up to work.
What I would like to know is:
1. Does a business owner like dual certification
2. Would I make a higher commission split because of the licenses held
3. What is a normal commission split for a nail tech.

If you have any experience on the above please give me any/all feedback as it would be most helpful.
If you are not in the business/ do not have QUALITY information to provide then please do not answer just to get points.

Also any websites on information/product you could give me for nail service/care would be great.
