This place is located around 10 street and 12 ave SW. Ad on Kijiji ending in 8886. New place with recent reno's and quite clean.
No shower in the room that I was in.

Enter the outside door into a small vestibule with a shoe rack. Wait for attendant here - They have camera's.

A smiling Mia greeted me in a slinky red dress. She's friendly, good looking with a great smile. She Looks like she could be later 20's but
but probably a bit older. Petite nice figure.

I opted for the half hour(Room fee 40) - Massage was very light although she did ask several times about pressure. Mia's english is not bad so conversing is not a
problem. She has a very nice feather touch technique that she used just before the flip. No teasing really but a touch right at the end of the feathering technique
that suggested extras.

So on the flip extras were offered right away. Mia used international sign language to indicate HJ or BJ. She has a great smile. She offered CBJ @100 or
Standard 60 for HJ. I went with the HJ.

Very well done. She's engaging (verbal), nice eye contact, I love her smile. Mia added a couple of pleasant surprises that made this a memorable happy ending.
