Would you recommend the Massaging sport gel insoles, or knee pain insoles, or back pain insoles?

The knee pain and back pain insoles seem very similar in description. Which would would treat both? Would getting the Back pain insoles also help knees or would getting the Knee Pain insoles also help back.
