Hi Gents

I'm relatively active in the Edmonton forum. Will be in Calgary this week and I'm looking for recommendations in the downtown area. Preferably within walking distance of the calgary tower area

If you want to walk up the hill, there are several places on Centre and 16th (ie: Green Leaf & Atlantis, along with a few on the west side of Centre - if they are still open, this was all pre-covid).
Haven't tried them, but there is Melody at 12th and Centre. I think there is also another place in the same building (bay 1) on 12th.
There is also Mayflower on Edm Trail and 14th.
If it's nice outside, it's an enjoyable stroll from DT.
There maybe some places along the beltline too... haven't tried any of those.

Not in YYC, so I can't verify, but saw something that indicated that Ambrosia was closed. Wouldn't be surprised, but please prove me wrong on this.
