Recently I have done a workout consisting of only pull-ups and now my Latissmus Dorsi(muscle on the sides of your back) is EXTREMELY sore. Its so sore it hurts to touch my back or lift my hands in the air. So i was wondering if stretching my arms and sides would help the pain lessen a little bit. I also remember hearing that you get sore because of a acid that builds up on the muscles you workout, so would massaging them displace the acid and reduce the pain too?
