I can fully understand why you would be asking such a question, but you have asked it in the wrong forum. The majority of answers here will just say 'yes it works', but will not support their answers with evidence. And that's because there is none.
A 2009 systematic review of all the literature concluded: ""The best evidence available to date does not demonstrate convincingly that reflexology is an effective treatment for any medical condition."
Reflexologists claim that blockages in your 'energy field' can prevent healing. Lots of quack healing sCAMs invoke these 'energy fields' - none of them can beat placebo in robust clinical trials. They fail immediately in premise anyway, because there is no such thing as an energy field. You can have energy, and you can have a field, but you cannot have an energy field.
Any 'healing' sCAM (so-called complimentary and alternative medicine) that have their basis in pre-scientific concepts like 'energies', universal life forces, Qi, chakras, etc, DON'T WORK.
