Does massaging really increase breast size?

How can I incresease my breast size without surgery?
Does birth control make a difference?
Will hormonal creams make a difference?
I heard that massaging your breasts will increase circulation blah blah blah
and help them grow.

Also, if my breasts are itchy, does that mean they're growing? the skin is NOT dry btw, i always put lotion on...

I'm 17 years old right now. A cup.
Am I pretty much done growing? Well I never really did have a breast growth spurt...I heard that as you age (into your 20s), your boobs will grow because you put on weight. I had my period when I was 12, and started getting hips when I was 15. Everything is ok except my boobs!

I'm 18 years old and just crossed into the threshold of a B cup. I started birth control two years ago and would like to think that had some influence of my breast growth. I've never tried any of the hormonal creams, but heard that they work best when pared with a natural breast enhancing pill. I haven't heard that massaging them will increase growth, but it doesn't sound convincing.

About the itchy, that happens to me too. I think it's just fabric irritation from bras or clothes.

You grow until you're about 20. So there's still room for you to grow.
Eating in hopes of the weight going towards your breast size is minimal. Fat will store there, but very little since it tends to go to your lower abdomen and things, which sucks.

I got my period at 15 and developed hips shortly after. Until I turned 18, I fit into an A cup.

And it's okay to have smaller boobs. Anything more than a handful is a waste, lol.

You can't really increase the size of your breasts. Pills, creams, certain foods, messaging, etc. are all myths. Only surgery or letting your body take control is the only way your breasts will grow. Also, if you gain weight and hope that the fat goes to your boobs then they'll get bigger but chances are low that will happen.

Birth control will mess with your body, BC Pills are only good for if you don't want to get pregnant - nothing else. Messaging your breasts will not make them grow but it is good for helping circulate the blood but not grow.

My breast area below the nipple is itchy too sometime and I also put lotion regularly but it is not a sign of growing, sorry.

I'm 19 and an A-cup as well but I am seeing signs of growth now and yes it's true you do grow until your early 20s. Maybe you're also a late bloomer like myself.

Massaging can lead to sexual arousal, which can cause a temporary increase in breast size of up to 25% in some cases, thanks to increased circulation in the breasts. They shrink again as arousal subsides. The increase is strictly temporary, lasting only as long as you are aroused.

Your genes determine your breast size. There is no way to make them bigger other than through pregnancy or weight gain, without plastic surgery.

At 17, probably most of your breast development is finished, but you may be surprised over the next few years. Look around at your mother, grandmothers (both sides), sisters, and aunts to get an idea of how large your breasts will eventually be. If they are all A cups, you probably will be, too. If they are all DD cups, you may have some more growth in your future.

I know how you feel. I heard that massaging them works. But I've tried that and I don't see a difference. I also heard that drinking milk regularly helps because it has that growth stuff in it that they give to cows.
I got my period at 13 and my hips developed at 14. And it sucks because everything else is fine EXCEPT my breasts. I think every female feels this way sometimes so it'll be all right
My breasts itch also. I thought I was the only person that felt that way! I don't think it means that they're growing though.

Hi There I had the same problem, and have been researching about this for a few months now. I followed a few things and increased my size a cup, maybe even more. This is what I did...

Drink 1-3 Glasses of milk, while massaging boobs (Not 1 percent)

10 push-ups- first on knees *Work up to toes

Massage in circular motion (200 times) takes 1 sec. each

Put toothpaste on nipples, and Massage before bed

Rub with warm Olive Oil upwards

There really isn't any way to increase breast size without surgery. Birth control may make a difference, but once you stop taking them, your breasts might reduce back to the former size before birth control due to the hormones no longer being taken into the body. The creams won't make a difference, if they did, millions of women would be purchasing it and doctors would promote it. Massaging them won't help either.

You still have time to grow, breasts can grow into your twenties. They also may grow later on due to hormones/weight fluctuation. Breast size is genetic so check out your mother and both your grandmother's breast size, if they have small breasts, it's likely that you'll end up with small breasts.

im 15, have got hips, started my period when i was 12 and a a size 34 D atm
the average cup size is B
i know that massaging helps increase the circulation of blood and that in you breast so it can gic it a more natural lift and firmness but that is also all the creams do, there is nothing you can do or take to make your boobs bigger but you can make the look bigger.
