i was j/w im a skater and ive been skating since i was 10 (im 13 now) and ive never had a boyfriend ( i have a lot of guy friends tho) and not to sound conceted or anything but i dont think im ugly alot of people come up to me and tell me i look like avril lavigne is that a good thing or a bad thing?

I used to know a girl like that. She was friends with all the guys, and everyone secretly thought she was hot. But the downside (for her) is that no one really dated her then because she was our friend. But I heard she got a boyfriend later.

Maybe the problems not with your appearance but your personality??

Or maybe guys see you like a tomboy. Just wear make-up, maybe get a new hairstyle or some highlights in your hair and wear more girly clothes of course not like a skirt on the board but like when you're "off-board", wear mini skirts just remind them that you're a GIRL!

yes they do. Although I don't think it makes any difference if you skateboard, if they like you for who you are then they will like you wether you skateboard or not. But if they skate and they like you and you skateboard then it's definitely a plus for them.

i have skateboarded my whole life and have had many boyfriends. most of them were guys i skated with too.

All you need to be is confident, happy, and be yourself. Those qualities are way more important than looks.
