To get the short answer out of the way: GET OVER IT!
Easier said than done, though. I just can't fathom why a couple of my classmates are there if they're just going to roll their eyes and suck their teeth every time the instructor calls on them. Outside of class, they complain that the instructor is "picking on them". In truth, they're not "picked on" any more or less than the next person. They're pretty far into the program, so I really don't understand what their problem is, but it's very distracting.
