Hi guys, have searched but couldn't find anything that really helped with my query.
Recently i attended a one day course on deep tissue massage, i learnt the basics (although technically i could offer it after that day) used the dvd and went away and practiced, focusing mainly on the back.
On the dvd and on the course we only focused on the back and the side of the legs, what i would like to know is, do any of you make the deep tissue massage into a full body massage or do you just treat for an hour on the problem areas, eg back, neck and shoulders and outer upper legs?
Any input is greatly received.
