Hi Everyone
I'm thinkning about running couples massage workshops as part of my valentines day promotions.
I was thinking basic A&P, theory, oils info, contra-indications/actions. Followed by me demonstrating on one partner with other observing, then swapping. Lunch then practicing on each other with my supervision. Just basic effleurage, some light petrissage (back only) and info regarding towelling techniques, then if we have time some scalp techniques and also foot/hand massage.
I am qualified in swedish massage, IHM and reflex to name a few but I don't have a teaching qualification. My literature will state its for personal.home use only obviously and full consultations will be done.
Has anyone else done this? What was it like? I think I will really enjoy it but I am going to contact TIS to check my insurance...
Would be good to hear from anyone...
Cheers
Helen
