Couch headrest

The headrest on my couch seems to have given up on me and decided to break. I went online yesterday and called massagewarehouse.com to see if the one they sold would fit my couch. They said that the dimensions were all wrong and it must be a really old couch (which it isn't). I have also seen one on bestmassage.co.uk which says it can fit tables with the holes 8' apart, which is a completely different way of measuring it from the way the other company did, but would seem to fit my couch. I want to order the one from bestmassage, but am slightly put off by forking out £15 on having it delivered in case it's wrong.
Does anyone know if there is a best way of measuring the headrest and where best i can get a new one from? Help would be greatly appreciated.

What type of massage couch is it? Is there any reason why, if the couch is not old, you cannot contact the manufacturer of your couch to get the replacement head rest.

£15 delivery charge is a bit steep but I suppost it is dependent on where it is being shipped from. I would have thought you could return it if it is not right for your couch.

I bought the couch from a company called Healthline off Ebay last year. It's a great couch actually, but the plastic headrest has been it's downfall. I did email them to ask if they could replace it for me, but to no avail unfortunately. I think i might have to opt for the expensive transit option nad hope for the best!
