Corporate/event On-site massage

Hi,

I would like to start doing on site in offices and events/festivals etc, and had some questions for those of you who may be more experienced at it. Here goes:

How much time do you leave between clients?, I've seen companies advertising 4 massages per hour which I feel is cutting it fine

How do you arrange payment?, in advance or on treatment?

Is it best to fax/email consultation forms say, 1 week before the visit so there's little (or none, if their condition has stayed same) paper work?

Is there anything I should know or any tips anyone would be kind enough to share?, I don't want to jump in at the deep end without knowing how to at least doggy paddle!
