Hi,
When doing a consultation with a new client is it enough to verbally gather information about contraindications or is there a real need to have a list of possible contraindications and have them identify them this way. I was hoping to have a list seperate to the consultation form that I could refer them to - or maybe its enough to ask them do you have x,y,z etc.
Thanks
Josh
