Hey everyone, I am currently working with a client who will be competeing in Primal Quest this coming up month.

I haven't had much experience working with athletes that are training for events so I was wondering if I can get some advise here. He has been recieveing Deep work only in the hips and legs, which is what he has been requesting. I had recommend to him that he should get a least one full body massage in before he leaves (which is really soon) and then if he has time to schedule again, a few days before he leaves he should get a relaxing massage because we don't want him going into the event being sore from all the deep work, and it will help flush out any remaining toxins, you know?. Also, this challenge will not only be physical but a mental one as well so I think it would be beneficial.
Is there a recommend time frame that someone should not recieve Deep work before an event?
