Cleaning oil containers

Hi

Does anyone know the best way to clean bottles that are used for holding massage oil? I use a plastic squeezy type bottle with a flip lid but need to clean it after a clients cat decided he liked it

I use very hot water and washing up liquid. works great.

I use hot water and washing up liquid but sometimes they get warped and melt a bit. Not ideal.. watch the temperature. I do still find that they mucky up in time regardless of my best efforts.

I spoke to my tutor last night and she suggested soaking in Milton, which sounds a good plan
