I know this doesn't specifically answer your request, but you might want to look into a new version of the cert. that is for mt's. It doesn't include alot of the tcm questions that the older exam has. If you are interested in other forms of bdoywork than massage, you might still need to take the longer test. From what I understand, both tests are available now.

I took a washable marker and wrote the yin and yang channels on my arms and legs. It was helpful in memorizing, and I could look at them as many times as I needed to, whenever I needed to.
