Chi Spa (112 St. and Jasper) - May be I was there on a bad day...

Called, lady answered, she sounded quite young on the phone, reasonable english, confirmed price of $80 and showed up on time. The signage says "Chi Spa". First impression was a little scary, a bunch of younger Asian gentlemen hanging out in the waiting room and corridor. Eventually got brave and walked in, greeted by an average looking middle aged (or older...) lady in medical garb. Definitely not the same person from the phone, this one spoke very little English. She couldnt find my appointment, yelled out in ??? language, a man came out, barked a few commands back, she walked me into a room.

After about 5 minutes, the same middle age lady came in (dang, was hoping she was just the receptionist), loud music started outside, kept expecting some Asian gang to bust through the door and demand ransoms, massage was average, no extras offered, nor did I ask, really wasn't in the mood anymore. Got dressed, pay my $80 and walked out the door when she came chasing me asking for more money. The man came out, I told him the lady on the phone quoted $80 and the ad says $80 so I paid $80, he growled a little and waved me out the door. Dont really think I will be returning unless someone convinces me that they just had a really bad day.

The location is great for me, was just hoping for a better experience.

similar experience. bait and switch. the lady who answers calls doesn't exist here... yup clean establishment. asian man in the office. way waaay older women actually massaging quickly wanting to offer extras. hanging around u paying to make sure she gets some tip. not returning.

I was thinking of heading over there tomorrow to check it out as a drop in. Scope it out to see how legit this place is as it's advertised in several locations like backpage under body rubs with different pictures of scantly clad girls.

I did do a drive by, I ran late with one meeting and had to get to my next one. The place is the former elegant home ware store as the old sign is still there. The windows have looks like white sheets. I didn't get a great vibe from the out side and decided not to go in. I might have more time next week to go in as I have some meeting around that area. To me this look like a SP place....

True, but I've been to Betty massage and I didn't get a receipt and even though I asked for a massage from Betty, I got an very old woman with poor massage skills

I tried getting in one day but she was booked and then after all the bad reviews for Betty I have never gone again.
I meant more along the lines of it is brand new so odds are they arent done renovating/decorating yet.. The BP ads do make it look more like an sp though, thats why it would be interesting to see whats behind the doors

So I found myself in the area today so I swung by the place. They had signage up, window graphics and no sheets so they had been busy.
On the inside it is very well decorated. I was greeted by a younger Asian girl not to bad looking, with good English but wearing the full medical type outfit.
I didnt have time for a massage so just asked if they are okay with drop-ins and she said sure anytime.
The place looked legit and as I did not get a massage I cannot say if they give HE or not but as we know you never know for sure until you are on the table!

i text them a couple times about a few things.... like what kinda massages they offered. and i'd expect things like acupuncture, thai, swedish, hot stone, oil, etc.... but the person only told me that i'd rather come by and talk to the girls so.....that's always a good sign! hahaha
but yeah i'll pay a visit soon too

Drove over to this location with the intention of see how things were but there was a crowd out in front. Looked like the people From the other buildings were just hanging out in front on the lawn smoking. Maybe not happy with the new neighbors
Little too crowded to enter. Next time
