Chair and Corporate massage

I am pitching chair massage to a large company (1600 employees-about 500 will probably be available for chair massage), the HR Dept. doesn't want to help with scheduling or admininstration.  I have suggested that employees schedule on-line, but the HR person says that they limit employee's internet use at work.  They used to have a clipboard for signups.Anyone have suggestions on how to make the scheduling go smoothly?Thanks.

Sounds like the clipboard would be the best bet. Just make yourself a schedule of times you are available and post it in the employee's break room. Should go smoothly enough, eh?

They have chair massage at my company which is equally large (Citigroup) & they send out a flyer with the 2 days that the massage therapist will be onsite & the hours they will be available.We have to call the health center & schedule time with them.You could just have them call you directly & schedule their time for the days that you're going to be available.I haven't done any chair massage yet where the employees are paying, but I would definitely require a minimum # of appointments/hours to get me out there.Good Luck.Laurie.
