Cellulite?

Hi there,

Wonder if anyone could help me?

I have the most dreadful Cellulite!

I wondered if there was any oils or oil blends that I could massage in or otherwise to help with getting rid of it.


I have cut out all the toxins in my life that are known to cause cellulite, so I just need a helping hand to get it moving.

Well just wanted to let you know you arent alone! I don't know the answer (I wish I did) but hopfully some kind person on here does!

Hi - you are most definitely not alone!

The following helped me - I've not got rid of all of it, but that's because I don't stick to it all the time!

1) Brush the affected areas daily with a body brush, brushing up towards the heart.

2) Bath with essential oils, and after your bath massage in essential oils diluted in a carrier oil. There are a number of oils you can use, but as some of them have contra-indications for certain medical conditions, PM me if you're interested and I'll go into more details.

3) Try avoiding dairy produce for a while.

I've tried loads of diets over the years and lost weight everywhere except the areas I have cellulite. Last year I changed my eating patterns to only eat carbohydrates in the morning and removed refined sugar from my diet completely and I actually lost a fair bit of weight off my chubby little thighs!

I'm sure other people will have lots of suggestions too - maybe we can come up with the definitive solution between us!

Hi,
For personal reasons I take a great deal of interest in oestrogen - the female hormone.
The latest research on cellulite suggests it is linked to oestrogen imbalances - would make sense, as it seems to be more prolific now that we have the pil, the morning after pill etc, and we pee on those hormones into the water supply.

I'd get hormone levels checked and find someone who can help balance them if need be.
