I don't use towels, too heavy and bulky, I use narrow sheets and a polar fleece blanket. Sheets are only about 1m wide, poly cotton weigh nothing, fold up into a tiny bundles. A polar fleece blanket is incredible light, more bluky, but I fold it up and put it inside the folded up couch, makes no difference to the weight. I just buy 2.5m of 1.5m wide polar fleece, cut the edges off, round off the corner, and they're perfect. I don't bother hemming them. They wash incredibly well, dry incredibly fast and are relatively cheap. I've got afew different colours so clients know I'm not using the same one on everyone. So linen and blanket are in with the couch, leaves a shoulder bag for CD player/oils/paperwork/etc.
