Can this chat conversation be considered as harassment?

see below the chat conversation between me and co-worker . Based on this conversation can the co-worker file a harassment against me. I have asked the co-worker for lunch once before this , as she said in the conversation ( co worker -> i owe you one)

co worker -> should have a drinks after this
Me -> yes.when you come to this building , we will go for lunch
co worker -> i owe you one
i think a lunch

Me -> i owe for this one ..but next week i am out of this country.i wont be here for the next 3 weeks.After May we can have

The first time i have asked for lunch is when the co-worker got promoted. This has happened 7 months before the second conversation. And i have never asked the co-worker for lunch as i had forgotten about it.

The above chat conversation has started after the success of the weekend project release which happened 3 weeks ago. And i have not spoken with the co worker after this.
