Hi,
I read an newspaper article where 3 women tried: hot clay wrap; massage; hot stone massage. In all three cases, they stated that they felt a differenc (the hot clay wrap having the added benefit of toning the skin). Unfortunately, this is not a quick fix and you have to have several treatments to maintain the results. Massage is not all that expensive and if you go at least twice a month, you'll notice other benefits besides the reduction of cellulite.
The reason it will work is that massage actually aids in breaking down (to a degree), the fatty layer beneath the skin, and the body then disposes of it naturally. One treatment isn't going to rid you of it, ifit was that easy, you'd have queues outside any establishment offering the therapy.
Other factors (including diet, nutrition, etc.) can help reduce the appearance and recurrence of cellulite, so attack it from all sides.
