3months ago i was just healthy! i love foot massage and i dont feel pain at all. now, just now i had one and i feel so painfull on one of the spot on my foot and i read the foot chart and it is correct, i feel pain somewhere in my body and the chart said SO!!!

my question, how can i treat this pain? should i come to foot massage regularly? (if yes how many times a week?) i will go back to my home town in 3 weeks, i live in the country that speak NO english, so i dont see doctor.

what is the relation about getting foot massage and "curing" the illness???

Change your life style, if you still feel pain, go to see doctor. foot massage will make you feel better becoz you have better blood circulation. but it wont cure your illness. especially with kidney, lungs, liver, brain.
