Do you think reflexology will free up tight muscles? I'm not sure. When my wrist was sprained I could see the tight muscle up my arm, it stood out, easy to find. Just compare your arms to see if you can find it. If you do, while holding your arm resting in front of you, press on the end of the muscle towards your elbow and hold a good amount of pressure on it. Now relax your body, take a deep breath and exhale, then remain this relaxed. After 30 seconds slowly extend your arm out fully, then release the pressure but continue holding your arm out for another 30 seconds. I was out of my sprained wrist in less than 5 minutes doing this and haven't had to stop using it at all.
