buying a masterlite massage couch?

i am thinking about buying a new masterlite massage couch... does anyone know if it is any good, or easy to assemble, big thanks

One of my colleagues bought one about 6 months ago - it came ready assembled - all she had to do was adjust the legs to suit her height.

Pretty much every portable table comes ready assembled, they then open out like a picnic table in seconds when you are ready to use.

The only fiddling you need to do is with the height adjustment on the legs if you need to. Wooden tables have twist off knobs on each leg and are a bit more time consuming compared to most aluminium tables which have push button leg adjustment.

Hi Petra,

We have bought 3 Masterlite couches at our clinic and have found them generally very good value, though not always the most stable e.g. for very heavy clients or if you are using rocking techniques or impulse work they tend to move a little.

Likewise the head attachments are prone to loosening thought these can easily be tightened with a small Allen key, which we now keep handy!

The ones our therapists and clients like best are the Thermo-top couches with the built-in heater. If you can afford one, these work out cheaper than getting the standard couch and then paying for a heat pad separately.
