I saw Brooke recently. Booking was easy although I must say the phone girl certainly wasn't pleasant. Not necessarily rude just could have been more engaging. But I digress.

Got there on time and was escorted into the room almost immediately. It was loud as they had renovations going on. Took a shower in the cubicle wasn't really impressed.
