Undercover detectives made appointments for a massage at each location and said they were offered sex acts on multiple occasions for additional fees.
Yang, who works at Oriental Asian Spa on Port St. Lucie Boulevard, was booked into the county jail on a $3,000 bond.
Li, who was arrested at Asian Massage on South U.S. 1, is being held on a $1,750 bond.
Police said both massage parlors were properly licensed.
A similar incident happened at a Lake Worth massage parlor in November, where two women were arrested on prostitution-related charges.
