hi all

Help need. My boss as phone in with back pain. its coming from c4 and traveling down to her sternum. She thinks she done it in her sleep. I've advised her to go to the doctors, but she is in to much pain to go. Any advice/exercise for what she can do at home.

Is your boss at work?

Get her to book in with an osteo or physio and they will be able to check her over and work out what's wrong. In the meantime lovely long soaks in the bath will help ease things. Deep Heat is one product which might help, but I'd plump for a couple of drops of lavender and rosemary in it for good effect.
 
Agree with the baths for the time being also the oils, but Rosemary should not be used if pregnant, high blood pressure or Epilepsy, so please mention this to your boss,just in case. lyn
 
Remember 'history' as if she has had an injury, always rmember that c3,c4,c5 keeps the diaphapm alive, any damage to these can result in respirtory arrest...
