I haven't used this one. I've used the lavender though and it smells really good. Usually you can't go wrong with Bath and Body works, but if you don't like the smell of sandalwood it won't be much of a stress reliever. I say go for it!

I have the Energy body lotion it really helps to energize me in the morning when i feel lazy it give me a boost but you need to know if you not allergic to essential oil because is the main ingredients .

Every products which is from pure plants will surely help,check the products before buying whether it has the ingredients from the natural plants or is there any chemicals added to those.Avoid those products with chemicals.I will suggest you to buy one from the following website http://www.chiactivate.com/products/aromatherapy/aromatherapy.shtml
