Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy Help!?

I was on Bath and Body Works website and found the Aromatherapy line. Lately I've been having troubles sleeping and think that the Sleep products from the Aromatherapy line would help. I also have trouble getting up from sleep and think that the Energy products will help as well. All I would want would be the Body Sprays. Im not sure which one smells better because I haven't got the chance to look. Also, do they work? :] easy 10 points!

I have the eucalyptus spearmint to relax body lotion.. but it bothers me. the smell is over whelming. I would go with any sent but that trust me on this one also i think the spray is much better

I'm not sure if they work, but they do smell nice and soothing. I've sprayed them in the air at the store before. The spearmint one is okay

YES THEY WORK! I practically live off of the bath and body works products, also you could use a white noise machine or an app on your phone or ipod, those also help you sleep. Some good fruity body sprays are the winter candy apple, black raspberry vanilla, cool citrus basil(more for going to bed), cucumber melon, dark kiss, midnight pomegranate, PINK GRAPEFRUIT, and sun-ripened raspberry
for going to bed, i suggest the sleep products, and for the next few days, they are having their semi-annual sale good luck!

do you know something you can do this for very little money. go to a dollar store and get some lavender buds. just get the smallest amount you can get. put under your pillow at night. find a very inexpensive lemon spray there for in the morning.
