thanks for the words of encouragement Sally and kneadedmassage! I just got my bars up Wednesday nite, and I've done 3 already, and have 4 scheduled today. *phew! Did I mention that I had lost 3 pounds over the weekend of the class?! I think I've finally found an exercise program I can stick with!
I am getting some calluses on my hands tho - am I holding the bars too tight or do my hands just need to get used to it? They're not bad, I don't think anyone else would even notice them (while I'm massaging them) but of course I notice.
at any rate, I am loving it. it is definately the breath of fresh air my work was kneading. (Pun intended!)
