aromatherapy went up my nose? what to do?

whats gonna happen
I bought this aramotherapy thing for soothing of anxiety
and I smelled it to hard
it went up my nose
and 2 hours passed it still kind of stings
will it go away or do I need to call 911

Aromatherapy is supposed to go up your nose, that is why it is called "aroma." There's really nothing to worry about and that stinging will go away by itself. Or, fill your machine with plain tap water and breath the mist and that will make your nose feel better.

I encourage you to ask your doctor if you're not sure. If it stings that might be bad. Don't go to the hospital or call 911, but just call your doctor to ask about it. Of course, if the doctor says go to the emergency room, do so.
