Aromatherapy question?

Prepare a recipe for a bath oil for a 30 year old female client that has problems sleeping at night and suffers from headaches. Using a 50ml bottle, please supply the number of drops of each essential oil. also include a brief explanation on your choice of oils.

sounds like this is your business, so don't you have reference books?. And the net has hundreds of sites to get a professional type answer. A 2 percent solution (commonly used) would be maybe 20 drops in 50 ml of carrier for MASSAGE. You want calming oils like lavender, geranium or R. Chamomile. But in a BATH I use straight essential oil like 10 drops in a tub. I would use 6 lavender, 4 Chamomile and 2 geranium. Swish it around then get in.But in truth there might be a hundred combinations of calming oils that would work. Does the client like floral scents, earthy maybe?
