aromatherapy oils to relax and uplift mood

Hi

could anyone recommend a good combination of aromatherapy oils for men that would aid deep relaxation, uplift one's mood, but which my wife would also like the smell of?!

Hiya
Try this one:
10 ml carrier oil (I like hemp at the moment)
2 drops grapefruit
1 drop melissa (expensive) or 1 drop rosewood

I avoid the common one, which is bergamot, because I find it makes me manic, but you may like to replace the grapefruit with it.

Mandarin is another uplifting oil.
Cedarwood is a good man's oil, as are vetiver and patchouli, but the last two can be a bit of an acquired taste!

I find an equal blend of neroli with lime is both relaxing and uplifting.

Also rosemary and mandarin.

If using on the body, always blend with a carrier oil, lotion or cream - no more than 5 drops of eo's per 10mls of carrier.
