argan oil for massage?

anyone used this for massage? I came across it on a recent trip to morocco. very expensive though if you buy in UK.

just want to hear any feedback on results with it.

It is a great oil to use. I use it in a few of the products I make but I don't think I would use it in massage due to how much it costs - maybe in a face massage/facial and around the neck and chest area. If you were to use it for full body massage I'd suggest diluting it down with another carrier oil.

Argan oil is rich in vitamins A, B1,B2, B6, and E. It is also rish in omega 6 which is why it's great for wrinkles, damaged and mature skin as it helps regenerate the skin and improve its suppleness and elasticity. Its beneficial for eczema and acne too.

I have some argan oil which I bought through Yves Rocher. They do some products using it, and some of them have organic rose and neroli oil in them. It's lovely! You don't need to use a lot. I think I paid about £16 for 250ml? Which seems expensive compared to the £1.99 for the almond oil, but it's oh so mmmmmm.....

I'd say up to 30% dilution but less for oily skin/acne - maybe up to 10%.
I buy mine from the soap kitchen. It costs £8.55 for 100ml. It's excellent for the skin around the eyes - makes the skin feel so soft.

I don't use Argan oil for massage I was given a wonderful recipe for an anti wrinkle oil

25 mls Avocado Oil
10 mls Argan Oil
10mls Rosehip Oil
2 mls Borage Oil
2 Vit E caps
3 drops Sandalwood
2 drops Neroli
2 drops Rose

Luxurious, and expensive but why not spoil yourself now and again.

I just got back from a trip to Morocco and was right in the area where Argan oil is manufactured. It is fantastic and I brought back as much as I possibly could because the cost is quite high for it here.
