Want to share an incident
An Overlapped booking between the owner and MPA ( A case of Miscommunication ) with HE story
Happened sometime last week. Customer "A" booked his appointment say at 5pm with the owner Cindy for one of the attendant.
Meanwhile I made my booking directly with the attendant at 530 pm on the same date
For unknown reasons, the booking was not communicated properly between the owner and the attendant.
Customer "A " was late for his appointment for at least 20-25 min.
Worse of all , I was not notified the over lapping booking issue until I showed up at the door on time.
Wow, You can imagine that I was furious but I kept my tempo calm without even arguing with them even though Cindy had asked me if I could come back an hour or so later.
I simply just walk the F*** out of that place & say Bye Bye forever ......... Am I doing it right ????
Happy Ending to all parties
A few days later, the Owner Cindy contacted me and apology for the incident.
she also offered me a decent discount on door fee for my next visit.. Good Gesture from Cindy
After all , I really appreciated Cindy's initiative to conduct me and offered the discount.
Regardless ....A great Customer Service By Cindy of Lavender... A Job well done !!!!!!!
